A DIPHRENT APPROACH
A Distinct Identity
Established in 2019, we are a nonprofit organization developed by our founder Lakesha Washington and her two sons Tyler and Jaylin Gaston to provide programs and resources for low-income at-risk youth. We are committed to providing job readiness skills through instruction by a range of subject matter experts in their respective fields. Our goal is to promote and support community engagement and academic success, equip students with the knowledge and skills to pursue careers in an industry of their choosing, and teach youth life skills like financial management, job readiness, college application assistance, and physical and mental well-being.
Helping Those Who Need Us Most
By combining the goals of mentorship
and the STEAM program model, our
programs will cultivate interest in content creation and cultural arts. In addition to learning about life and job readiness skills.
Our production track will encompass all things music and vocal production, songwriting, engineering, film and photography, and entertainment
Our Fine Arts track will be a complete package of creativity in the elements and principles of art as well as design.
Our Digi track welcomes all of our participants to the Metaverse and more. The track will consist of coding, software design, and web page development.
Our organization and programs would not be possible without the support of our donors. If you're interested in sponsoring a program or donating to the overall mission of Diphrent Inc., please fill out the form below. Thank you in advance and we look forward to speaking with you in the near future.
